Organisation Development (OD) Network: January 2022

WHO IS IT FOR?

This ongoing network is open to all staff (clinical and non-clinical) wanting to build their OD capability. In particular OD and HR Managers and leaders in health and care with responsibility for organisation development.

ABOUT THE SESSION

The OD network will focus on building OD knowledge and capability in the North and West Cumbria health and care system. It has been set up to support leaders and staff to come together to learn, share experiences and gain support and coaching expertise.

Aims and outcomes are:

• Network with other OD professionals in health and care
• Build knowledge of OD practice
• Learn new OD tools and methodology to use in everyday work
• Gain support and coaching for individual OD projects
