I have been working as an accredited coach for 8 years and really enjoy supporting people at all levels with performance and personal wellbeing goals. I like to think that I am grounded in my approach and incorporate a sense of fun into my sessions.
I have worked in senior roles within the private and public sectors as well as working in a community setting and as a volunteer. I am able to bring this experience into my coaching when supporting individuals to achieve work-based goals that link to wider, strategic outcomes.
