As a coach I am supportive and encouraging although where appropriate I will challenge your thinking to raise self-awareness, leaving you feeling empowered and motivated to achieve more.
Having a passion for learning, I have over 25 years’ experience of working in both the private and public sector within learning and development as a training facilitator and manager.
To further develop my skills I am currently completing the CMI Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring to become an accredited coach. I am also training as an MBTI practitioner.
