I have over 40 years’ experience as a clinician in the NHS, specialising in Renal Dietetics including 24 years’ experience as a manager and head of department.
My main interests are looking after my patients and the personal and professional development of my team and other health care professionals who need a safe and quiet space to think and come up with their own solutions to any issues or challenges they may have.
I also use coaching conversations with my patients to empower them and help them cope with chronic and life limiting illness.
I never cease to be amazed by the power of coaching and developmental mentoring as well as the value to coachees of having someone listen to them.
