|Job Title:||Strategic Change Lead|
|Organisation:||North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust|
|Background:||Change Management, Project Management, Improvement and Learning & Development|
I first took an interest in coaching in 2010 when a few focused coaching sessions helped me move forward with some things I was struggling with at work. Since then I have developed my coaching style and skills both informally and formally with CLIC and AQuA North West and have been supporting people with formal coaching relationships at work since 2014. In 2019 I completed the CMI Level 5 accreditation in Coaching & Mentoring.
My style of coaching is to provide you with the time and space that enables honest and constructive conversation to help you maximise your potential. I am a naturally creative and curious person and will work with you to ensure our conversations are effective for you. As a perceptive individual I consider all angles of a situation before acting and I bring this approach into my coaching to enable me to support a wide range of people. I firmly believe that coaching relationships need to be a good fit for the coachee as well as the coach, so if you would like to have a conversation to see if I could help you please do get in touch.
